ABOUT HIGHADVOCACY
Built for the work nobody remembers.
We care about the people asking for proof and the quiet machine that makes the work happen without another reminder.
Your customers are already saying good things. Then it’s gone.
Somewhere a deal you’ll never hear about goes to someone else, because the proof that would have won it wasn’t there when the buyer looked. No alarm goes off. Nothing shows up in a report.

HUBSPOT
Everyone agrees proof wins deals. Almost nobody collects it.
The usual answer is to hire someone and run a program: chase customers for quotes, keep a library current by hand. That’s more work, and work without a deadline doesn’t happen.
It’s why the tool bought for this ends up unused, next to the CRM nobody fills in.
Where it started
We hit this ourselves before we built anything.
Our customers were glad to say good things when we asked. Asking was just hard to do well, and nothing kept track of what they were already saying.
So we put together a rough fix, and it worked. Keeping it running took constant effort, week after week — someone had to ask, check and update it. That is when we understood why most companies don’t bother, and we heard the same from other founders.
The rough fix
A spreadsheet, some code, and someone on the team approving each one by hand.
What it taught us
Anything that depends on someone remembering slips off the list. The work has to happen whether or not anyone is watching it.
Care about the people. Stay cold about the machine.
01
Proof has to be real
A quote made prettier is worth less than the plain thing a customer actually said.
02
It has to run without anyone
Anything that depends on remembering loses to a cost you cannot feel.
03
Remove work, never add a task
If it becomes another chore, it ends up next to the CRM nobody fills in.
04
Show it, do not claim it
Including in our own marketing.
We want to take something off your plate for good, not add to it.
Advocacy that runs itself.
Turn happy customers into public proof.
Run review, social, and testimonial campaigns from one place. Every submission lands in one approval queue, and everything you approve stays reusable in a single library.
NO DECK. WE'LL OPEN THE PRODUCT.
