HighAdvocacy provides a customer advocacy platform designed for B2B SaaS companies. Our Service enables businesses to:

- •Create and manage customer referral programs
- •Verify customer advocacy actions using AI-powered technology
- •Distribute rewards to customers for advocacy activities
- •Track and measure advocacy program ROI
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
3. User Accounts & Responsibilities
To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

- •Maintain the security of your account credentials
- •Promptly update your account information as needed
- •Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- •Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are owned by HighAdvocacy and protected by intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any content you submit through the Service. By submitting content, you grant HighAdvocacy a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content solely for providing the Service.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our Service without express written permission.
6. Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate with or contain links to third-party services, including:

7. Payment Terms
If you subscribe to paid features of the Service:
- •Fees are based on the pricing plan selected at the time of purchase
- •Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- •All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
- •We may modify pricing with 30 days' advance notice
- •Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account
Reward funds deposited for customer distribution are held in accordance with applicable regulations and our reward program terms.
8. Disclaimers & Warranty Limitations
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
We do not warrant that: - The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free - Results obtained from the Service will be accurate or reliable - The Service will meet your specific requirements
We do not guarantee any particular outcome from using our advocacy tools, including review quantities, testimonial generation, or referral conversions.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HIGHADVOCACY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- •Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- •Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
- •Costs of substitute services
- •Any damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to HighAdvocacy in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HighAdvocacy and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
- •Your use of the Service
- •Your violation of these Terms
- •Your violation of any third-party rights
- •Content you submit through the Service
11. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time:
- •You may cancel your account through the Service settings or by contacting us
- •We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms
- •Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately
We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes. Termination does not affect any accrued rights or obligations.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Indian Contract Act, 1872 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
For users in the European Union, nothing in these Terms affects your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
13. Dispute Resolution
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve any dispute informally. We will work in good faith to address your concerns within 30 days.
If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable Indian arbitration laws, except where prohibited by law.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Service, legal requirements, or business practices.
We will notify you of material changes by: - Posting the updated Terms on our website - Sending an email notification to your registered address - Displaying a notice within the Service
Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
